The International Rescue Committee saves lives, relieves suffering and supports recovery in crises around the world.

Reporting to the Director of the International Programme Team (IPT), you will be tasked with identifying and facilitating proposal development and donor liaison and, in collaboration with IRC-UK's Advocacy department, furthering IRC's advocacy goals.

This position is central to IRC-UK's business development function and requires a motivated, flexible, problem-solving team player. You will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise activities and work to tight deadlines.

The main purpose of the position is to facilitate European business development for IRC country offices.
